I shortened the text at the top of the page, since these articles tend to look better when the leading text is short and the body of the article is properly partitioned into categories and flushed out. I also put the hall government back in, since it's an important thing to talk about and wasn't mentioned anywhere else. Also, try to write these articles in the third person, since it tends to sound better and it's a cool theme for the site (someone documenting what they find on the hall, rather than us writing it ourselves). If you guys don't agree with this, it's fine, but I personally think it'd be cool. -Rob

Why are logins still required if the edits are ackled to the 18.*.*.* class A?
