*Prior to Spring term 2002, 4E hall chairs were elected for the academic year. From 2002 onward, they have been elected "off-cycle" (Spring term of one academic year through IAP of the next). This change was made so that freshmen could make an informed decision in the election rather than voting on people they just met.
