The purpose of this feed is to celebrate, belatedly, Chinese New Year by making and eating massive amounts of Chinese food.
- dumplings (pork + cabbage)
- scallion pancakes
- spring rolls
- Fangfei Shen
- Chenxia Liu
Saturday, March 6
- trip to Chinatown to buy ingredients on Saturday
- start cooking at noon, until we use up all the ingredients
- 8-9 lbs pork/7 packs wrappers
- 1-2 lbs pork/100 spring roll wrappers
