Textbook
Purcell- Good book, about half of PSET problems are from it but lecture notes are enough to learn material without reading the book.

Amazing class, great teaching staff, PSETs time consuming but class worth taking over TEAL
James' review: Interesting and challenging (in the good way). I enjoyed the lectures, and the book was readable, but the problem sets were where I really came to understand what was going on. Its definately worth putting time into them. And Scott Hughes is amazing.
