DONLAN the most important part of the MIT SAPWeb. This trio ensures that the day-by-day maintenance requests are filled. Furthermore, in honor of their name and their importance, the act of filing a work order has been renamed to simply 'filing a DONLAN.' DONLAN's are most likely paid for through the MIT Finance Department. If you are having any problems, please consider filing one today!
