FAC stands for Friday Afternoon Club. Every Friday around 5:30, a designated hall on East Campus hosts some sort of food event in the Talbot Lounge. Slugfest did a FACton of cookies for its FAC on 9/29/06. Previous Slugfest FACs have included the Peep FAC (Spring '05), the Tang technically-a-SAC, the S is for Sucks, (Fall '05), and the Chocolate-Covered FAC (Spring '06).
